We are looking for reliable and customer focused recovery drivers – people that go ‘above and beyond’ to find the right solution to get our customers back on the road. You will need to be organised and enjoy working with customers and have the ability to demonstrate a “can do attitude”.
·A minimum of one year’s driving experience in vehicles over 3,500KG.
·A technical background is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
·A current digital Tachograph card is essential and preference will be given to those that have achieved the required 35 hours of CPC training.
·All candidates are subject to CRB checks.
What Will You Do
This is a very varied job where anything can happen and no two days are the same. The role involves vehicle recovery following breakdown or accident within a 100KM radius of your base, although on occasions you may be required to carry out longer recoveries to any UK destination. We work in all weathers, so you will need to be prepared to work outside and sometimes in difficult conditions.
We can offer a variety of shift patterns for Recovery Drivers from three days, 4 on – 4 off and nights, completely tailored around your commitments.
