We are currently looking for an ambitious individual to join us as a Recruiter.
We pride ourselves on being client focused and with our growing demand for training, we need a strong, passionate Recruiter to source clinical and non-clinical trainers through our onboarding process who will play a pivotal role in delivering and assessing our training courses to the required standard.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our friendly, proactive training company.
The recruiter will be responsible for:
* Advertising and hiring candidates to deliver training in adult and childcare services
* Advertising, shortlisting, and direct sourcing for candidates using job boards, social media and LinkedIn
* Managing job vacancies from start to finish
* Screening, and shortlisting candidates
* Matching the best trainers to the best courses
* Building relationships with existing trainers
* Organising virtual induction days
What you will need to succeed:
* Strong communication skills
* Driven to hit team and personal targets
* Degree preferred but not essential
* Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment
* A proven track record for successfully recruiting staff
* Used job boards including LinkedIn
* Confident in communicating with stakeholders
