Recruitment Coordinator- South West Region – Supporting 2 Motorway Service Areas- Taunton and Sedgemoor South

Are you looking for a fun and flexible role working as part of a team within a fast paced environment? With Roadchef you will be supporting McDonald's, Costa, WHSmith, Spar, Days Inn plus our own catering brands Fresh Food Café and Chozen Noodle. As the Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for attracting and interviewing at Team Member and Supervisor level to ensure our units are fully staffed at all times. You must be organised and have excellent communication skills with a real passion for delivering gold standard service to your internal customers.

You will be based at Taunton or Sedgemoor Motorway Services on the M5 and will be responsible for all hourly paid recruitment needs for these 2 Service Areas. 

The role is a full time permanent position with occasional travel.

Liaising with all Unit Managers and Site Directors to understand their recruitment needs
Posting of vacancies using the company ATS and nominated Job Boards
Conducting telephone and some face to face interviews
Organising Candidate interviews with the nominated Hiring Manager
Providing feedback at all stages of the selection processExperience:

Previous high volume recruitment experience.
Working in a high pressured/ fast paced organisation
ATS experience is desirable
Experience working with Job Boards including Indeed
Strong IT skills.
Team player.
Excellent communication skills.
