Job Summary: 

An opportunity exists for a customer focused individual with a can-do attitude to join a busy and fast paced recruitment team at gategroup. This role will be at the front line of candidate sourcing and candidate experience responsible for the entire recruitment process with a heavy focus on sourcing high calibre talent within a complex business environment.

Success in this role will be your ability to hit the ground running and apply a candidate / customer centric, delivery orientated approach to ensuring our roles are filled quickly and with ease with the best most diverse talent in the market. It will require someone who takes pride in providing an optimal candidate and customer experience; who is proactive and highly responsive.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be expected to engage with high volumes of candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process end-to-end with the utmost care and support. You will utilise a wide selection of recruitment channels to attract and engage with prospective applicants, yet new and innovative methods of recruitment will need to be explored within this role, making it essential for you to have your finger on the pulse of the latest market trends and industry related news.

Qualifications and Experience: 

Education: 

Educated to a good level of secondary education (A level or equivalent); HR-related qualifications (CIPD level 3 or equivalent) is desirable but not essentialWork Experience: 

Proven end to end recruitment life cycle experience within an agency or in-house, dealing with high volume recruitment
Experience of digital/social media sourcing tools and techniquesSkills & Knowledge:

PC literate with strong proficiency in MS-Office suite; Must be comfortable in using technology and leveraging digital applications and media platforms
Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills; ability to handle high volumes of multiple tasks and priorities and remain calm under pressure 
Ability to build relations and employ a collaborative approach while influencing effectively 
Commercially minded with strong numerical / verbal reasoning skills
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Strong drive and emotional resilience; Displays integrity – sincere in own behavior and in dealings with others; Strong team working ethos
Self-motivated and self-aware – recognises own strengths and weaknesses and is committed to personal development
Valid UK driving license
