Location of the Job: The successful candidate must reside within the Hampshire / Wiltshire / Dorset regions.

The Job Role Details:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join the expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will…
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, developing high-performance.
CRM management.
Schedule regional meetings and presentations.
Conduct reviews and appraisals.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process.
Induct new starters ensuring integration within the company and team.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
Set and monitor team KPIs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Provide sales forecasts and reports.
Develop a distribution relationship strategy, providing commercial and technical support.
Provide agronomic solutions to the sales team.
Deliver one-to-one training with new starters within your team.
Dual calling support.
Research market trends ensuring products are positioned correctly.
Develop/train sales team in technical and commercial aspects.Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
Agronomic background.
People management experience (two to three years minimum).
Commercial experience – successful background in sales within the agricultural industry.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Living within the Hampshire / Wiltshire / Dorset regions.
Ability to analyse market data and develop effective sales strategies.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Experience working with agricultural distribution, developing relationships/strategy.
FACTs qualified/agronomic experience.
