Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
The Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef De Partie to join our team of Relief Chefs.
This is a London based hotel which has been operating as a quantine hotel and now getting ready to re-open its doors to the public. We are looking for someone to start from Monday 20th September, to help them prepare for the re-opening.
This first week will involve a lot of prep work rather than service, however many of our short term assignments often get extended and sometimes even turn into permanent job offers from the client.
Experience and Qualifications
* Food Hygiene level 2 certificate
* Allergen certification
* Fluent English language
* Must have own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes
* Minimum of one years’ experience in a busy Hotel or similar
Person Profile
* Be happy working on your feet for 8 hours a day in a HOT environment
* Be able to run a section of the kitchen by yourself
* Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced role
Training
On your first day you will be shown around the kitchen and be given a run through of all the dishes on your section and the prep that is required for service. You will shown how they would like each dish plated before service.
