Job introduction
Recruiting a very experienced permanent relief chef manager to assist in managing up to 13 sites mixture of BI, secondary, primary and private schools. This could be your first step to move into an area support manager's role.
The Relief Chef Manager will cover various sites for sickness and holiday cover.
The ideal candidate must have excellent craft skills, be creative, good understanding of P&L accounts. Must have experience having worked in varies sites.
Responsibilities
The Relief Chef Manager will be responsible for the front and back of house. Making sure the unit achieves budget, whilst building excellent relationships with the clients. You will be expected to work to very high standards, catering for various covers per day catering for breakfast and lunch. The chef manager will support the team in the delivery of excellent customer service, food quality and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong craft skills
* Ability to communicate clearly face to face with clients & colleagues and build strong relationships
* Good understanding of P&L accounts
* Must have a clean drivers license
* Flexible and enjoy travelling to different sites
