Are you a Relief Front of House looking for Relief work across the U.K? As a relief Front of House with Ginger, you will be paid hourly, and hours can be flexible to suit you. Roles vary from Waiter to Front of House Manager. Working as part of a relief Front of House brigade, you can travel the country if you wish. Ginger Hospitality support businesses across the U.K from gastro pubs to Rosette and Michelin restaurants, Hotels, Schools, Cafes and Bistros and pub groups.
Relief Front of House ideal Profile
* Experience within Restaurants & Bars
* Competent at dealing with customers and front of house operations
* Ability to remain calm under pressure
* An individual with high food hygiene & safety standards
* Trustworthy, dependable & punctual
* Team player
* Take direction from the senior management
* You will have your own uniform – Suit, Smart Shoes, Tie
* Work well with both kitchen and front of house
Responsibilities
* Support a front of house operation in the day-day.
* Compliant of all Health & Safety and High food safety standards
* Comfortable rotating stock
* Prepping the station ready for service
* Aiding the General Manager and Assistant Manager with basic training where required
