With the opportunity to work in a family centred, requiring a dedicated Chef able to produce la carte restaurant meals and bar meals. Head Chef Ideal profile:
* Experience in working at a Michelin and five AA rosette standard
* Natural leadership skills with level-headedness when under pressure
* A calm mature management approach when training team
* Passionate team player that will treat all fairly
* Excited about using local produce throughout menu
* Personable approach towards each individual
* Committed to produce the highest quality dishes and reach all targets given
Head Chef Responsibilities:
* Professionally represent the restaurant externally at food festivals and other events
* Constantly achieve the highest levels of food hygiene within the kitchen
* Being an ambassador for the team and a figurehead for the Hotel within the community
* Inspire the kitchen team with skills training and new menu ideas
* Provide reliability to the restaurant with time keeping and presentation of yourself
