Kitchen Porter ideal Profile

* Knowledge of health and safety rules within the kitchen environment
* Good organizational skills
* Team player who is also able to complete tasks independently
* Calm demeanour throughout stressful and fast-paced situations
Kitchen Porter Responsibilities
* Keeping all work surfaces clean and sanitized
* Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and end of services
* Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
* Washing cookware, utensils and cutlery
* Organising deliveries of ingredients and supplies
* Waste removal from the kitchen
* Helping with preparation before service
