Relief Pastry Chef Ideal Profile
* Experience in similar high-quality establishments
* Minimum of 2 AA Rosette experience
* A passion for food and quality ingredients
* A drive to develop themselves and their careers further
* Competency in all sections of the kitchen
* Capable of maintaining high standards of menu items
* Able to assist with the creation of new dishes, staying up to date with current food trends
Relief Pastry Chef Responsibilities
* Assisting the kitchen brigade in the daily preparation, mise-en-place and service of food
* Overseeing junior chefs
* Always ensuring that the highest standards are maintained
* Working closely with the Head and Sous chefs
* Regular stock rotation
* Health and safety compliant
* Helping with the daily smooth running of the kitchen and service
