The Technical Project Manager Role:
You will work closely with Engineering, Account Management and Product as part of the wider Delivery Team to deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously, working with a wide variety of disciplines throughout the development process.
This role will suit an individual comfortable getting into the detail of a project and taking responsibility for the successful delivery of all project elements. Strong leadership skills are essential.
About You:
+ A minimum of three years’ experience in an Agile project delivery/implementation role, ideally in a technology or software as a service environment. You must be extremely comfortable with working in a fast paced, multi-project, deadline heavy environment with software-based solutions.
+ Adept in understanding the technical aspects of projects and experienced working with front-end and back-end developers as well as QA professionals, Architecture and DevOps
+ An ability to adapt processes to suit individual projects
+ Identify and monitor risks (threats and opportunities), planning and implementing responses to them and responding to other issues that affect projects.
+ An ability to develop effective relationships to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, external client activities and business priorities.
+ Experience managing projects with multiple integrations and multi-disciplinary teams.
+ Experience in working with mobile app projects is desirable.
+ You must have a professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. It is vital that you are a strong team player, motivated by organisational success.

+ Capable of hands-on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
+ A positive, determined approach to researching and analysing new methods and processes.
