Rentals First Contact Executive
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £13.13/hour
Operate and manage customer queries and reservations in an efficient and timely manner, building relationships with new and existing customers through in & outbound call activity in order to maximise rental opportunities
Operate a first call resolution service to all of our direct and indirect rental customers, taking full responsibility and ownership of all customer queries/requests including the booking of rental reservations.
Create, identify and progress rental opportunities to support delivery of rental targets and margins
through the identification of customer needs and requirements, promote suitable rental solutions which directly contribute to the rental targets
Manage own workload effectively and prioritise where necessary to ensure all KPI’s are met
Engage with customer in a professional manner and with a high level of accuracy
Monitor inbound traffic by e-mail, online bookings and telephone to ensure departmental KPI’s are met. Review and prioritise tasks in line with business service levels
Verify customer queries by understanding the enquiry, gathering information and taking responsibility for the accuracy of information provided to the customer
Skills & experience
Educated to GCSE C grade and above including English and Maths
Relevant work experience in the rental/fleet/leasing industry and/or mobility services environment.
Evidence of team process development and business improvement.
Operational and Customer Service experience, preferably within Fleet Management, Leasing and / or experience with Corporate Mobility
