Resident Liaison Officer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum + Vehicle + Packagee
Vanbrugh Group are currently assisting one of our main contractor clients to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer into the their business
The company are a respected and highly successful local authority refurbishment company operating in the Central London region. Following expansion and recent success in securing 3 new contracts the company are now looking to add to their Resident Liaison Team.
Working as an RLO for the company will involve reporting to the Contracts Manager and you will be required to provide a one-stop contact point in assisting residents to feel respected and valued by maintaining the best quality experience throughout maintaining their home.
Key Skills :
Must have working experience of a customer services environment, ideally with a construction organisation.
Must have good experience of working in a busy environment, and delivering to strict deadlines
Good organisational, scheduling and planning skills
Good interpersonal skills; must enjoy working with people on a personal level, and be approachable, tactful and diplomatic.
Good communication skills; must be able to communicate very confidently both verbally and in writing
Ability to work on your own initiative, and as part of a team
