Interaction Hospitality is looking for an experienced, customer orientated Restaurant/Bar Supervisor to join this amazing venue on the outskirts of Coventry. The Restaurant/Bar Supervisor required for this role will have patience, perseverance and a great personality.
About You:
· You must be self-motivated and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Possess exceptional organisational, communication and customer service skills
· Have proficiency in restaurant POS systems
· You will have previous experience in managing a restaurant team in all aspects of service
· Have excellent problem-solving skills
The Role:
· Co-ordinate daily front of house and back of house restaurant operations
· Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction
· Taking on basic management duties in the absence of the restaurant/bar manager
· Opening and closing of the restaurant/bar
· Training new members of the team and providing feedback to the management team
