This amazing temporary role is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise and skills with a world leading Formula 1 business in Northamptonshire. The role is due to planned sickness and so will continue through til end March 2024.
The role is working as a premier front of house (food service prep) within a high class performance staff restaurant. This is no ordinary role as the client takes people performance and nutrition extremely serious so not only is the food varied and quality high quality, the level of service and attention to detail has to be match. Typically serving upto 800 covers for breakfast, lunch and providing refreshment in between. You will be busy and need to be customer focused.
You will be a key member within the team and the person that secures this position will be crucial to the success of this dynamic company on its race/road/hybrid projects. Working hours Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm but with the possibility of small deviation from this from time to time.
Note you will require own transport as the site is not well serviced by public transport
What you will do
This is a fast-moving role, and the emphasis is on healthy food, served quickly and in a friendly manner. As such you will need to be proactive and customer centric. Duties will include
* Food/drink replenishment and layout
* Till service
* Serving set up
* Tidying and keeping restaurant clean
* Welcoming, no fuss greeting to staff
* Serving hot food, boxing food for take-away,
What you will need:
* Proactive, forward thinking and friendly personality
* Demonstration of exceptional customer service in a restaurant, hotel, bar or similar
* Some Food hygiene training would be useful
* Own transport (as site not served by public transport)
* eligibility to work in UK without sponsorship
