An exciting position has become available for a full-time Restaurant Manager based in Billericay. The successful candidate will earn either a hourly rate, or a salary based wage.
The restaurant will be open Wednesday to Sunday, and will be closed Monday and Tuesday.
There will be an open day on Tuesday 27th between 11am and 7pm, which applicants are welcome to attend.
Role Requirements
Must previous experience as general manager of a busy venue.
A passion for food and beverage and a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant.
A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
Great personality and attention to details a MUST.
Be flexible to work various shifts.
Role Responsibilities
To oversee the day-to-day running of the establishment.
To manage the bar stock and ensure the accounting procedures are followed at all times.
To be responsible for ensuring the FOH team constantly deliver the required service experience.
To hold responsibility for cash and banking.
To follow all fire, security and health and safety policies.
To maintain the highest level of customer service and performance standards.
Company
The establishment are a traditional English gastro restaurant who are looking to open in four weeks’ time. New candidates will be ready for the new opening and all training will be given at the establishments sister restaurant in Upminster.
The establishments will have an al et cart menu, as well as specials and all staff will be fully involved in the set-up, training and the new menu.
