Restaurant Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £35000 – £38000/annum Plus Service Charge
Restaurant Manager position available in a stunning venue on the outskirts of St Austell.
Successful candidates will be friendly, hard working and customer-focused.
Some of the duties are as follows:
* Help ensure the continued smooth running of the restaurant
* Deputise for the restaurant manager, when required
* Work with the head chef and restaurant manager to improve all aspects of our food service
* Assist in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team
* Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
* Help create a relaxed environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures
Required for the role:
* A friendly and outgoing personality
* Passion for proving the best customer service possible
* Previous supervisory experience
* Ability to work in and manage a team
* Attention to detail
* The ability to remain calm under pressure
Salary is £35,000 – £38,000 per annum.
