Magor Motorway Service Area on the M4 near Newport is looking to recruit a Costa Manager to support our growing Costa Team.
Are you looking for a fun and flexible role leading a team within a fast paced environment? We are looking to hire a Costa Manager to support our team and the running of the Costa units at Taunton Services.
Being a Manager means you have the responsibility for delivering excellent customer service and driving operational standards, while supporting the Site Director to deliver all of our KPI's.
You will receive excellent on-job training, coaching and support to deliver the role to the highest standards. Training will include all aspects of operational delivery, people practices and legislative training to ensure the highest standards of health and food safety are adhered to at all times.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £29,000 and many other great benefits.
