Are you an experienced Restaurant/F&B Manager looking for a fresh challenge?

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team in this newly created role. As a key member of our contract catering team, you will have the responsibility to lead and manage our restaurant operations, delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage resource planning, including staffing levels, training, and coaching, to maintain high-quality service standards.
Drive revenue targets and control budget costs to achieve profit margins.
Collaborate on developing and reviewing policies, procedures, and performance measures to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Conduct regular quality assurance audits and monitor guest feedback to inform future development plans.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain training records for staff.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of systems to support restaurant operations.
