The Restaurant:
A premium fast paced restaurant – 90 covers turning 2/3 times on a busy service. Vibrant and expanding!
The Role:
We are looking for a candidate who oozes personality – ideally you will come from a premium background with a mixture of excellent pedigree in terms of policy and procedure but have the flair of an independent restaurateur – offering entrepreneurial characteristics.
Guest experience will be the heart of what you do – you will lead by example and really deliver in terms of service; this is an affluent demographic- need to excel in the service element.
You must be able to own a service – really deliver in guest experience
Have some level of financials and an understanding of commerciality – they have recently secured a new site and will be looking at a serious candidate who wants to grow
Average £80-90 sph – need experience in working at this level
The Person:
We are really looking for personality here – other than the food it is what will set the restaurant apart
An understanding of excellent produce
We are looking for authentic enthusiasm for the restaurant scene – the client really wants to focus on delivering that service element in a premium setting
Experience in BOTH a quality led branded restaurant, ideally with premium independent restaurant experience
Working with a fantastic GM – they will train what you don’t know but really looking for passion & drive
Ideally worked in west London and understand the demographic
You will have managed a fast-paced environment setting whilst not compromising on service
Must have held financial accountability for a restaurant or have the basic understanding
Love to train and develop your team
