We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for a beautiful public house and dining room in London Bridge. The site is full of character with a premium, classic menu and real focus on customer service. This busines is currently in growth and this role has arisen due to an internal promotion to a General Managers role
You will have:
Experience in Restaurant Management
Complete knowledge of all restaurant functions
Knowledge of basic finance and restaurant administration
Ability to understand and analyse financial information.
Experience in human resources management principles & excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of basic marketing principles and standards
Basic knowledge of computers and mainstream software programs
Knowledge of event planning within the operations of the restaurant
Able to create a bond between kitchen and service and be a good communicator to colleagues
