Restaurant Supervisor in North West London
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £26000 – £28000/annum
Corr Recruitment is currently hiring a Restaurant Supervisor for immediate start in North West London!
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with restaurant supervisor experience who is looking for their next leadership challenge!
Your main responsibility will be overseeing the daily operation of the restaurant, working alongside senior management and team members.
You will have a hands-on role in ensuring that the highest level of customer service is being delivered and the expectations of our guests are consistently exceeded.
Working Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday – 11/12:00 to Close
Fridays & Sundays off guaranteed
Requirements:
• Prior experience as a restaurant supervisor in a fast paced, luxury venue
• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality and Food and Beverage
• Have extensive knowledge of quality food and drink products and ingredients
• Be able to understand and market the Food and Beverage menu
• Have previous experience managing and developing a team
• Capable of motivating a team through training and solid leadership
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the general day to day management and running of the restaurant and bar
• Establish strong and professional relationships with guests
• Deal with any complaints and be capable of transferring that information to the GM/DM
• Ensure the correct measurements and other license regulations are being followed by the team
• Work alongside the Food and Beverage team to ensure a smooth and high quality service
• Conduct daily briefings with the team, informing them of any daily specials or important information
• Train and develop team members
• Get involved and hands on with service
