We are currently looking for a Support Manager to work across our portfolio of restaurants and bars in the Newcastle area. The brand is independently owned and has HUGE plans for development with new site opening roles toward the end of the year and early 2024.

The overall goal of the Support Manager is to develop the standards of service across our sites and execute engaging training. This includes:
Giving our teams the skills to deliver amazing customer service
Ensuring all procedures around H&S, Food Safety and Cleanliness are implemented and areas of opportunity are identified and communicated to leadership teams
Role modelling perfect customer service and can demonstrate perfect process
