The O2 Arena is the world's most popular music venue, owned by AEG, it is the home of entertainment in London. With up to 200 plus incredible events a year including the Brits Awards, no day is ever the same and Levy Restaurants is proud to be the exclusive catering provider within the arena providing food and beverage.

Part of our growth within O2 is our retail business. We have recently undergone a major project to refurbished and rebrand our retail offerings which include up to 40 food and beverage outlets and private service deck areas.

Overall Purpose of the Role

This job description is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake, it may be changed from time to time to incorporate changing circumstances and business priorities. It does not form part of your contract of employment.
To support the Retail Management and team within the venue inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests through the Levy Difference, delivering Legendary Experiences through Powerful Partnerships.
Rotate and cover bars, kitchen, premium concessions and all areas to increase the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of all retail units.
Take responsibility of all people management aspects such as recruitment, training, cross-department meetings, administrative work and cleaning.
Work with the Retail Managers to achieve operating standards that exceed the guest's
expectations through strong leadership and effective management.
Lead the day-to-day concessions operation for event days, as well as the set up and clear down on non-event days.
Ensure the delivery of continual development of the business using new products, service techniques and other efficiencies.
Manage the business needs and performance standards in line with the Levy Signatures, Client Service Level Agreements and KPI's Who we are:
