Our partner are a famous providers of sandwiches and savouries on the high street of some of England’s busiest cities and they are seeking someone to lead and be responsible for their Birmingham Operations.

£31k per annum

What’s the role?
Initially you’ll be responsible for two retail outlets in the Birmingham area, and potentially in the future also for a more corporate site in the future.
You’ll maintain food quality and customer service. You need the ability to challenge standards and set expectations- not always straight forward conversations to have.
You’ll have an opportunity to change parts of the operation to deliver larger profits. Think everything from special offers, to new products and beyond.
You will be backed by some food and hygiene qualifications- ideally to level two and above. The company will support level 3 qualifications if required.
The operation covers early starts, weekends and evenings and you’ll be expected to balance your working pattern to support all sites. While you’ll have control of rota’s some weekends and evening work (until 7pm) will be expected.
This is an ideal role for a hands on leader, looking for the challenge of leading their own teams and retail outlets with this national organisation.
