Quest Employment are seeking a motivated and focused individual to join our client’s team as a Salad Bagging Machine Operator and Team Leader. This position is responsible for leading and managing a team of 3 operatives, operating the multi-head weigher salad bagging line, taking responsibilities for stock control, order processing and maintenance of the bagging line.

Performance Objectives:

Ensure the bagging line produces the best quality finished product, through continuous improvement to packing processes and optimizing machine performance.

Required qualification and experience:

·A good communicator and experience in leading and managing a team.

·An understanding of working with technical machinery, and engineering knowledge

·Mindset of continuous improvement and production outputs

·Experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment

Responsibilities/ Duties

·Operate and effectively lead a team of operatives on the bagging machine

·Complete QA and associated traceability paperwork

·Attend daily/ weekly production meetings
