Senior Sales Executive
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000 – £29000/annum Bonus
Our client is a leading sales and hire business, supplying welfare units & site accommodation across the construction industry. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced sales executive to join their team.
Main areas of responsibility
Meet sales targets on a consistent basis all from new business. Sales targets to be confirmed quarterly in advance with quarterly review thereafter.
* Seek out and develop new clients for range of welfare units in line with company ethos and our Customer Experience.
* Find new Clients and markets by way of cold calling
* Convert prospects from incoming calls, chats and emails as well as those already on database to Actual Clients
* Maintain, grow and develop new accounts for first 12 months from Account opening, orders from a newly generated Client will count towards target.
* Set up meetings for Client visits
* Face-to-face Client meetings in-house and off-site, when required
* Staff training (longer term, after 2 years)
* Prepare quotes and letters
* Maintain full up-to-date product knowledge
* Keep database records up to date
To deliver an industry leading service to the client as defined by the relevant documentation, the support of hire desk and other departments and ensure the needs of the client are met. To develop and increase turnover with existing clients
