Salary/Income: Basic Salary + Commission Accelerator and Uncapped Commission

Job description for Recruitment Consultant:
* Using business tools to develop existing client accounts and new business for continuous growth of your marketplace
* Produce sales leads through various methods and strategies including client recommendations, research and site visits
* Attend client visits and projects to develop working relationships
* Work with a support team produce a continuous pipeline of candidates and a sales administration team for compliance
* Manage the entire sales process from first contact with client and candidate to closing deals and contract administration
* Negotiate pay rates and salaries
* Control your own specialist market and ultimately build and develop your own team
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
* Experience in sales, business development or recruitment
* Ability to build effective relationships with clients to acquire ongoing business
* Strong communication and time management/organisational skills
* Positive negotiation skills and commercial awareness
* Good general computer skills and able to work with MS Office
Personal Competencies:
* Motivated to succeed with a professional attitude
