Internal Sales / Account Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £28000/annum OTE up to £35,000
My Aldridge based Manufacturing & Distribution client are looking for a Sales Person to join their team on a full time & permanent basis. The role is due to the upturn in business and expansion into the business.
Duties:-
* Responsible for selling services by identifying viable leads
* Researching & identifying new business opportunities through new markets, growth area's, customer trends etc…
* Creating opportunities through linking with local related businesses.
* Improving & growing the department by establishing & developing relationships with customers
* Promoting the company's products & services via telephone & email
* Taking inbound calls in relation to new enquiries
* Grow the conversion rate of enquiries to sales
* Negotiating pricing
* Setting up rental contracts, taking proof of ID and dealing with all administration regarding the contract.
* Taking payments at sign up & setting up payments for future payments.
* Providing customer service to existing customers.
* Liaising with marketing in relation to promotional strategy & help plan sales campaigns.
* Liaise with finance team as required.
* Carry out sales forecasts / analysis and present this to senior management

* Excellent communication & relationship building skills

* Ability to be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
