The Opportunity:
We are looking to expand our team of established Recruitment Consultants.
Opportunities exists for both experienced recruiters looking for a fresh challenge and fresh start, or someone that has zero experience but wants to grow a career in the recruitment industry.
We all work as a team, so whilst the role is sales focussed, this isn’t a solitary position, you will bounce off of all the team as we all work closely together.
As a company, we have a loyal client base which means you get to work in conjunction with some of the top names in the business and become a genuine expert in your industry!
What we look for:
Impact work very differently from many other recruitment businesses. First and foremostly, this is a sales role, so you need to be a salesperson at heart confident engaging with people primarily over the phone!
