Job Type : Permanent, Full Time

Salary : £23000 – £27000/annum

We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join a family-run SME based in Bridgwater. As a Sales Administrator you will support the Sales Team with all admin tasks, both pre- and post- visit, to ensure estimates and quotes are produced on time to a high standard, and orders are processed and handed to Operations in a timely manner.
Key duties and responsibilities…
* Estimating value of works to be quoted
* Preparing documentation for sales personnel
* Producing outline designs of Fire and Security Systems
* Liaising with CAD technicians to produce finalised design drawings
* Writing and producing well-presented quotations, proposals, and bids.
* Provide consultation and advice to customers to ensure opportunities to improve fire safety are not missed, and that the basic principles of fire systems and safety are understood.
* Accurately recording all Estimating and Quoting activities on company software system.
* Effectively managing time and resources to maximise the return from daily activities.
* Processing sales orders for delivery by the operations team

Hours: 9am – 5pm (Mon-Fri)
