Superb chance for a Telesales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation specialist to join this growing company and move into software sales, a lucrative, exciting, rapidly growing professional industry. We have filled two of these roles here in the last 3 years, and both people are doing superbly well, and loving the environment and the software products, and now we need to find them another one. They will interview and hire as soon as they can, and you will have a bright future ahead.

They are exceptionally nice people and treat their staff very well, plus they are financially sound. Salary is £26-30k for the right person, plus around £5-6k commission, with membership of a gym and private health plans. They offer a path into enterprise software sales which leads to £100k + earnings in the future; this job is the first step on that ladder.

They need an energetic, ambitious and proactive inside sales professional with proven success in target driven lead generation, telesales, appointment booking and telemarketing. You are positive, inquisitive, happy to hunt and chase every day, make the calls, start a conversation, turn every page, and research deeply to find new leads and develop relationships with new customers.

You are a driving force in prospecting and generating new business through networking and phone calls, and setting up appointments for the field sales people to carry out demos of the software. And of course, you are keen to learn the business software market. You will need to be confident and comfortable / happy on the phone, with lots of energy and enthusiasm and you will have the determination to keep going and build yourself a great career in software sales.

Their previous successful telesales/inside sales people have come from a wide variety of sales backgrounds such as media, IT sales, recruitment, leasing & finance, software sales, printer sales, services etc. The key is having B2B experience, creativity and curiosity, and the ability to identify your market and to think outside the box.

You will start calling companies to find out if they are thinking of changing their software, and by working with the superb CRM system here, you will create a map of which companies use what software and then keep in touch with them and nurture them until they are ready to buy.

They are happy for you to work from home (or the office if you prefer) but if you are home based you will need to go into head office near Aylesbury once a week, unless you are exceptionally brilliant, in which case once a month is fine. We have worked with this company for over 10 years, and even though they have now grown to over 125 people, the business still has that warm family feel to it, but it's vibrant and energetic too.

This is an enterprise business software product that clients want … it is cutting edge and a market leader in their niche area. So your job is the make the clients aware of what it can offer them, so they know there are good reasons to purchase. You will work in a young vibrant company, alongside marketing, sales and pre-sales people with lots of support and mentoring. They won't throw you in at the deep end and they will give you plenty of product training.
