Our client is a new and innovative provider of specialist utilitiy Solutions to communities across the region.
They have grown rapidly and are looking to further expand over the coming months.
They are entrepreneurial, dynamic ethical and have substantial financial backing.
As part of their plan for growth, they are now seeking to recruit a number of Trainee Field Sales Representatives to join their highly successful team based in the Somerset region.
This is a field-based role targeting towns and rural communities. The function of the position will be to engage with residents to inform and educate them about the services the company offers, and to sign them up to take those services.
This is not a “hard Sale” proposition! This role would suit individuals with a track record in Telesales or Customer services who are looking to move into field Sales.
Full training will be provided together with ongoing personal mentoring.
Candidates need to be highly motivated, well presented, can demonstrate superb interpersonal and communication skills, have a professional, ethical and consultative manner.
