New Business Executive (Lead Generation)
Salary (OTE £30,000) £18,500 Basic with (Protected commission to the value of £150 per month for 6 months) outstanding uncapped commission
The Role
Due to continued growth my client are looking for a number of New Business Executives to join them on their exciting journey; 5 star training, and the opportunity to work for an award-winning business in their Head Office in Corby, providing a Consultancy service for SME’s to benefit from the most competitive products in their sales field.
You will report to a Lead Generation Manager, working in a fun and lively team generating new business leads for the Sales Teams by calling customers held within their CRM database using a consultative partnership approach.
The role is target driven and incentivised through bonuses, commissions and non-monetary incentives! To support your development into the role you will receive protected commission for the first six months.
Key responsibilities:
* Finding and qualifying new business opportunities through auto dialling/lead generation
* Managing the phone and making phone calls to an existing base of customers
* Managing potential leads and customer emails
* Meet and exceed monthly targets
