Trainee Recruiter
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £23000/annum
Our Client, based in Aylesbury, are currently looking for a Trainee Recruiter to join their busy and expanding office.
They are looking for someone who ideally would love a career in Recruitment and who is either a Graduate or Trainee with a background in retail or sales.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator and someone who enjoys speaking with people to help them to find their ideal roles.
They need to be heavily customer service orientated. They must be able to not only form but also maintain relationships with Clients, Customers and also the team members they work with.
This role comes with plenty of work from home flexibility.
Salary is £20k – £24k DOE
Duties and Responsibilities
• Use computer systems and web tools to research and develop your network and discover good candidates
• Communicate effectively with candidates (by phone, video links, face to face, at conferences).
• Keep accurate records of all interactions on the database (CRM). Recruiter- all the above, plus:
• Understand the candidate’s motivations and control the recruitment process
• Demonstrate your understanding of industry career progression and the range of roles
• Arrange and attend Candidate meetings and interviews
• Create your own individual business plan, knowing how to hit your milestones
