Salary: £25-35,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Technology areas: Software applications aligned with Cisco Call Manager, Avaya IP Office, and Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business).
The client is a highly successful International software house focusing on Customer Interaction, Contact Centre, Networking and Unified Communications applications. USA HQ, 1200+ worldwide employees, with European HQ in Reading, UK + 8 European countries. In the UK there is well established business of 130+ employees including a successful team of 12 Sales people, plus Pre Sales Engineers and a sophisticated Marketing department.
Software Applications portfolio: Contact Centres, IVR & Self-Service, Call and Quality Recording / WFM
Existing key OEM Alliances include: Microsoft, NEC, Avaya, CISCO and Westcon.
Typical Channel Partners: Systems Integrators and Value Added Resellers selling into mid to large corporate clients.
Due to expansion of our sales team, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Representative.
⦁ You will work with the lead generation and sales teams to build a qualified pipeline.
⦁ Identify key decision makes in potential clients and prospect and qualify leads
⦁ Transition qualified leads to inside sales team
⦁ Work with Salesforce to track and process opportunities
The ideal candidate will have some inside sales, telesales or telemarketing experience. Understanding and enjoying making outbound calls as well as being able to follow up on inbound leads is crucial
