Our client is looking to hire multiple sales people to train and develop as a part of their growing and well established Investment Consultancy based in central London. The company are an established leader who are looking to achieve their next level of growth by recruiting a team of high potential sales people. We are therefore looking for very professional people to train and develop over the long term.
Due to an increasing demand in the markets they are involved in they are now looking to bring on board a new team of sales people to train and develop into senior consultants within a three to six-month time frame in order to push the business into the next level of growth.
No investment sales experience or knowledge is necessary for this role as the successful candidates will go through a structured and comprehensive training programme designed to give you all of the knowledge necessary to be successful in the role. Although it would be of benefit, we are not necessarily looking for investment experts but sales people with the potential to become the next generation of experts. We are looking for people who are able to start immediately or as soon as possible.
Sales Wie Broker ob Description:
* You will be selling over the telephone and face to face to pre-qualified and already active investors every day in order to introduce and market the investment commodities that the company has to offer
* You will consult on the best approach these investors should take when it comes to investing their money
* You will be part of an established trading floor with teams of Junior and Senior level brokers
* You will have the opportunity to fast-track your career by becoming a Senior Broker in your first 3 – 6 months
As well as your salary, you will be paid commissions and bonuses for achievement. On Target Earnings will be a minimum of – 1st Month £1,500+. 2nd Month – £2,000+. 3rd Month – £2,500+. Most experienced brokers in the company earn upwards of £5,000 per month. Make no mistake, some brokers in the company earn £25,000 in their first year, some earn over £100,000, the difference being that if you are someone who understands high rewards come from hard work then you will be in control of your own uncapped earnings.
