Based in our Worcester office, you'll be responsible for:
– Developing existing client business and securing new business relationships.
– Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates.
– Running your own 360 recruitment desk.
We typically operate in the following sectors:
– IT & Digital Business Support & Customer Service.
– Accounting & Finance, Purchasing and Procurement.
– Insurance & Legal.
– HR & Training.
– Sales & Marketing.

What experience do I need?
We're looking for someone who's got a background working within a recruitment agency, preferably in the professional services sector.
In addition, you'll need the following:
– A strong billing background
– A bubbly, positive personality
– The capability of developing exceptional client relationships and building credibility

What can I earn?
This Recruitment Consultant position offers a basic salary between £24,000 – £30,000 per annum.
On top of this, you can expect to earn a performance related bonus if you hit your targets (details of which will be revealed on application).
