Their solutions are installed in some of the world’s best-known brands, including Coca-Cola and McLaren, Rolex and the Medical sector.
The Internal Account Manager opportunity:
2023 is another year of planned growth. For the business to achieve their goals, they are expanding their internal sales team and this is where you come in
As a Sales exec / Account manager, you are likely competitive by nature and enjoy a busy professional team setting and will see the salary or £30 / £32 as just the starting point. The salary increases over time to £40k base and after probation you will qualify for commission which can add c£8k to your salary per annum
The Detail this opportunity offers you:
* Exposure to improve impactful sales techniques carried out by a Manager who comes with a wealth of sales success and who knows the business well – he is someone who will support, mentor and lead you to be the best you can be.
* Professional in-depth training on products that will give you deep understanding of how products are sourced, manufactured and implemented at client sites all of which will improve your ratio of increasing business opportunities.
* You have access to live customer base within a designated geographical territory – yes of course there is an element of new business, any sales role has this but the difference here is that you will only be contacting business who would use your products so its never a 'cold call'
* Partnering with a skilled Technical Field Sales person and setting their appointments, talking to clients about their requirements and sharing advice and solutions
* In-house training on how to engage with suppliers in the UK, Europe, USA and China
* Opportunity to understand the whole business operations such as warehouse, despatch and production processes and importantly get excellent product training.
The role:
* Managing existing clients in a designated territory within the UK.
* Liaising with contacts on the phone and email, understanding their requirements,
* providing quotations.
* Setting appointments for the Field Sales Technical Manager to attend.
* Updating details and activity on SAP and following up with tasks.
* Identifying new business opportunities through robust research, social media campaigns and getting referrals from existing clients.
* Attending review meetings with the client and Field Sales Technical Manager.
* Attending networking / company social events outside of working hours.
As part of this team, you will be offered the opportunity to join the group trip to meet with manufacturing partners in the USA & China 2023.
