The Role:
In the Recruitment Account Manager role you will be primarily accountable for managing and developing existing accounts on the trades and labour side within the business.
Specific tasks include:
– Visiting existing clients on site to establish their full requirements.
– Advertising for new candidates.
– Screening CV’s.
– Interviewing candidates on the phone and face-to-face.
– Short listing suitable candidates and liaising with Labour Managers.
– Maintaining sound business relationships with current clients.
– Managing your own network of clients, candidates and placements.
– Retaining trades and labour staff.
You'll spend part of the working week based in the company's Walsall office, and the rest of it working from home. Details around how this will work will be revealed on application.

The Candidate:
To be the right person for Recruitment Account Manager role you will need direct experience of a recruitment role where you've ideally had exposure to the construction sector.
It's important that you also have the following:
– Great customer service skills.
– An excellent telephone manner.
– The ability to be commercially astute.

The Package:
The basic salary for the Recruitment Account Manager role is £28,000 (includes £250 per month car allowance).
In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.
