The Role:
In the Senior Recruitment Consultant role you will be primarily accountable for an Accountancy and Finance desk that needs developing further within the West Midlands and Black Country areas.
You’ll have the flexibility to work on either a remote or a hybrid basis, based in the company’s beautiful Worcester office. Finer details around how this will work can be discussed at interview.
Specific tasks include:
– Working on both permanent and temporary roles
– Sourcing both part-qualified and qualified Accountants across the board
– Taking clients out for lunch to build long lasting relationships

About you:
To be the right person for Senior Recruitment Consultant role you will need direct experience of a recruitment role where you've ideally had exposure to either the accountancy and finance, HR, procurement, IT and digital or public sectors.
We need you to be self-motived, driven and keen to join a more relaxed yet professional business. You’ll also need to be ethical and have good morals to fit in with the team.

The Package:
The basic salary for the Senior Recruitment Consultant ranges from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
In addition you can earn a personal performance bonus in the role if you hit your targets. Full details about the scheme will be revealed on application.
