Hunter mason recruitment York are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team. This exciting opportunity promises the opportunity to make real commission. Competitive starting salary and up to 10 % commission on all earnings uncapped

What we need from you:

* Building rapport with clients and candidates (they should be your best friend)

* Can ask open questions and capture important information

* Happy to work to targets

* Savvy on a computer so that you can work quickly and efficiently

* Be able to think on your feet and use your initiative

* Used to working in a fast-paced environment

* Happy to take the On call out of hours phone one evening a week

In return you will receive:

* A generous basic salary
