My client creates bespoke employee communication solutions for their clients based on their unique needs, they are proud to be recognised as an industry leader in this sector. They are an agile agency with the benefit of a global parent company who provide great support to them. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant that is able to work with some of the world’s best-known brands.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Consultant:
The role will involve working closely with the head of development on all projects, a lot of the business is word of mouth, and your role will be to take that forward and create the opportunity, building relationships and gaining business.
* Event attendance
* Providing webinars
* Attending supper clubs
* Exhibitions attendance
* Building a relationship with the parent company to obtain Internal Comms business from their clients
* Obtaining speaking opportunities
* Networking
You will need:
* A hunger for getting out there spotting opportunities and building relationships
* Employee/HR/Internal comms or Marketing agency experienced preferred
* Great negotiating skills
* To be a great presenter
* Creative thinker
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strategic thinker able to communicate at senior level in Global Brands
* Previous experience in a similar role
* The ability to keep up with developing trends in the sector
