Job Title: Fabrication Sales Manager – High Pressure Laminate Surfaces

Area to be covered: South – based London & Home Counties
Remuneration: £50,000-£60,000 Neg. + £5,000 Bonus

The role of the Fabricator Sales Manager – High Pressure Laminate Surfaces will involve:
* Field sales position selling our clients manufactured range of high pressure laminate HPL and materials for interior design
* Selling into an established network of laminate fabricators
* 75% account management role, 100’s of customers on patch
* 25% new business development, recruiting 1-3 new accounts per month once established in the role
* 4 days a week on the road visiting customers, typically 2-3 visits per day, 1 day working from home/ administration
* Targeted to achieve £2m-£3m turnover, area currently performing well against budget expectation
* Typical project sizes between £1,000-£50,000, average order value £5,000
* Supported by an internal sales person and reporting on SAP CRM system
The ideal applicant will be a Fabricator Sales Manager – High Pressure Laminate Surfaces with:
* Ideally some field sales experience with laminate associated fabricators
* Open to most building material/ interior design field sales backgrounds with a fabricator customer base
* Also open to any laminate associated field sales backgrounds without fabricator customer experience
* Excellent relationship builder/ proven account management experience
* Technically minded
* Commercially astute
* Energetic and ambitious
* Self sufficient problem solver with a learn as you develop attitude
* Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and decision making capability
