Evolve is recruiting for a growing organisation that have an extensive range of Renal treatments. They are looking for a Hospital Specialist to promote their prescription Renal Products to Nurses, Pharmacists, and other health care providers around the area of East Anglia, London, and South East.
Ideal Competencies:
* Product launch experience
* A good knowledge of the UK healthcare system
* Prior hospital sales experience is ideal, but primary care experience will also be considered
* A strong record of sales success and formulary inclusion
* BSc or higher degree in life sciences.
Role Responsibilities:
* Provide feedback for commercial strategies and tactics.
* Achieve and exceed key sales objectives as discussed and agreed with your line manager.
* Establish awareness and use of the product in target accounts.
* Establish strong business relationships with all key customer groups to maximise sales growth.
* Maintains an awareness of changing clinical practice in order to take supporting actions to achieve the best outcomes.
* Work within the constraints of the ABPI Code of Practice and Company Policies and Procedures.
* Develop and maintain timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Represent the company’s products at local and national meetings and present key information to attendees.
Role Specific Competencies:
* Strong IT skills.
* Good communication.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* A good team player.
