Position Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Start date: June 2023
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 dependent on experience plus commission (realistic first year OTE £30,000+)
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Location: Modern office based in Milton Keynes
You will join the next batch of trainees in January where you will be enrolled into the training academy and will receive ongoing mentoring, training and development with the opportunity to earn commission from the offset.
Ideal Requirements
* Recently graduated from university or Strong A-Level results
* Excellent work ethic evidenced by previous work experience
* Strong communication skills both written and verbally
* Ideally some evidence of high-achievement – this could be academic, sports etc.
* Previous working experience in a sales environment advantageous
