This is a chance to join a UK manufacturer of added value food ingredients and taste products/flavours. The business are going through a fast period of growth and this is an opportunity to help them expand at an exciting period of change.

The Role

* To sell product portfolio to key customers to meet sales and profitability targets as set by the strategic plan.

* To contribute towards the development of the strategic plan to enable sales and profitability targets to be achieved.

* To assist in the preparation Procurement.

* To continually develop own knowledge of product portfolio, including advantages and benefits in application to enable accurate response to customer requests and projects.

* To be responsible for, manage and track customer requests, including samples, projects and quotations liaising internally with other departments to ensure a timely and accurate submission and follow up.

* To help create and support Marketing Campaigns to target clients in line with the Strategic Plan to ensure sales opportunities are maximised.

Ideal Candidate:

* Higher education degree in Business / Life Science or equivalent

* Relevant relatable experience, gained in a similar role

* Knowledge and experience of a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing
