Our client are looking for an experienced and vibrant Sales Team Leader to join their lively team of sales account managers.
About the Successful Sales Team Leader Candidate:
Key Skills and Experience:
· Sales experience within the Production industry is preferred but not essential.
· You should possess excellent sales skills with a proven track record in your current profession.
· You will be a self-motivated individual but also a team player with a desire to succeed in a challenging sector.
· Excellent communication and organisation skills
About the Sales Team Leader Role:
You will work to agreed targets to generate new business and be responsible for an existing portfolio of existing business
You will be responsible for organising and planning the sales activity within your designated territory, maximising opportunities to develop new business and enhance our client’s reach.
Overseeing of a small team and driving forward a positive and engaging sales culture.
£30,000 – £38,000 PA + OTE
9:00am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday
