Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary : £60000 – £70000/annum 120K OTE, Car Allowance
LOCATION : Hybrid role based anywhere in the UK
Our retained client have created a new opportunity for a proven and successful sales and marketing professional to join their established, award winning and highly respected specialist construction business.
We're seeking a proven go getter, who can not only focus on the new business sales functions, but also someone who can work on the full marketing mix for this exciting company.
Candidates sought and only shortlisted will be from a construction related sales and marketing background.
Applicants of particular interest will have an interiors, shopfitting, fit out and or a joinery related sales background.
Dealing with end user clients, designers, interior design companies / agencies and some contractors, you will sell not only the contracting and full turnkey project delivery but also manufactured joinery items to other contractors.
Turnkey projects and order values can range from £1/4M upwards and manufactured joinery, anything from £10K upwards depending on the sales you secure.
Typical projects include offices, restaurants, banks, hotels as well as high end bespoke joinery schemes.
Working closely with the Estimating team and the board, you will also work on developing their website as well as all social media platforms, either existing or new, taking full ownership of the digital marketing functions as well as networking, promotion, generating interest and creating further awareness.
